To participate in the H2B Seasonal Work Program, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 18–40 years old
• Able to demonstrate an intermediate level of English through an in-person interview in home country
• Willing to work in an entry-level job
• Interested in learning about the culture and people of the United States
