Our Training Program has been developed to allow international participants to pursue training in their area of study or occupation in order to improve their knowledge of American management techniques, methodologies and expertise, while enhancing their knowledge of American culture.

That way, university students and young professionals from around the world come to the United States on a J-1 Visa to live and gain practical work experience every year; our work consist in matching them with employers looking for bright, multilingual and dedicated trainees.
